NEW ZIP SYSTEM
This advanced wall joint system forms a full metallic frame beneath the vehicle, securely bonding the walls and floor while sealing out water. Made from 6060-T6 Anodised Aluminium, a Marine Grade Alloy known for its strength and corrosion resistance, the frame ensures durability and protects your investment. The fully bonded ZIP System, with added polyurethane in the wall frames, eliminates potential water ingress. When paired with our HaloTEC one-piece polypropylene wall construction—impact- and damp-resistant—it provides dual-layer protection.
